Thanks again! It is my pleasure to contribute feedback on my experience with JCMotors. I would like to submit this note to express my appreciation for JC Motors in the processing of my recent motorcycle transaction. From the onset, the arrangements were well defined in the contract, and the details were narrated via telecom with the shipping rep. Ed Merati. Ed was my contract rep. and was responsive to my telephone and email inquiries throughout the proces. He is a model of professionalism in business communications. The reason I am writing in this much detail is that the motorcycle shipment invoked an off-normal event; I was a purchaser that made the arrangements with JCMotors for pick-up from a seller. Thanks to the thorough inspection of the motorcycle within the JCMotors pick-up procedure, the driver observed that the motorcycle odometer reading has a substantial discrepancy from the statement I provided. I was notified immediately, and was able to resolve the matter with the seller in real-time while the driver patiently awaited resolution between myself and the seller. To sum up my experience, I am more than appreciative, I am grateful for the formality of operations in the JCMotors shipping process, specifically the thorough on-site inspection prior to loading.
