I want to thank you for your service. I received my bike very quickly and with absolutely no damage. The two guys on the truck were very friendly and obviously cared about what they were doing. I have a collection of about 20 bikes and have used several shippers over time. Many have failed to deliver on time. Two carriers delivered bikes with minor damage in the form of scratches they claimed were already there despite my having detailed HD photos that showed no damage. Few, if any, had the simple and efficient tracking you offer. Few do what they say they will do. You did and you do. I have commented to friends and would highly recommend you to anyone wanting to ship a motorcycle.

I purchased a Honda VTX as a surprise for my husband and needed it shipped from Washington to California. I am so very glad I chose Motorcycle Shippers as my carrier. I would like to submit this note to express my appreciation for JC Motors in the processing of my recent motorcycle transaction. From the onset, the arrangements were well defined in the contract, and the details were narrated via telecom with the shipping rep. Ed Merati. Ed was my contract rep. and was responsive to my telephone and email inquiries throughout the process. He is a model of professionalism in business communications. The reason I am writing in this much detail is that the motorcycle shipment invoked an off-normal event; I was a purchaser that made the arrangements with JCMotors for pick-up from a seller. Thanks to the thorough inspection of the motorcycle within the JCMotors pick-up procedure, the driver observed that the motorcycle odometer reading has a substantial discrepancy from the statement I provided. I was notified immediately, and was able to resolve the matter with the seller in real-time while the driver patiently awaited resolution between myself and the seller. To sum up my experience, I am more than appreciative, I am grateful for the formality of operations in the JCMotors shipping process, specifically the thorough on-site inspection prior to loading.

I just wanted to write and let you know that I had a great experience using JC Motors. It was the first time I ever had to ship my motorcycle. Ed was very courteous and patient and answered all of my questions. He made suggestions regarding my options. I had to figure out a few arrangements, so Ed gave me his extension so Ed gave me his extension and said to call him as soon as I had everything lined up. I actually had to call him twice, and each time he was great. I placed my request on a Tuesday morning. That same afternoon I received a call that my Harley could be picked up the next day. The drivers arrived promptly at 8 AM the following morning. Then exactly one week later Tuesday I received the call that they could deliver my motorcycle the next day. I had to arrange for it to be Friday instead, which your customer service rep was happy to arrange at no expense to me. The drivers called 1/2 hour before they arrived on Friday to let me know they were on their way. They were fast and professional and the bike arrived in excellent condition. I was very pleased with your service. It was well worth it. I’m glad I chose JC Motors, and I would highly recommend your services to others. Believe the testimonials. To say that I rarely offer feedback would be understatement but after working with JC Motors recently I feel that I must. The breakdown of my dealing with them goes like this.

I looked through their web site and read everything I could about them. Still not 100% sold I called them up. Spoke with Ed a couple different times and talked to a half dozen or more different shipping companies before deciding JC was the way to go. I called Ed again just to ensure placing my order online was the correct path and not doing it over the phone. He assured me online was the way to go.

I placed my order (and paid for services up front, something I read you should never do but again Ed assured me that’s how they work) on October 10th. Ed explained in detail to me what to expect for pick and delivery times. When I completed my order and paid I was emailed confirmation. Shortly after that I had estimated dates of picking my bike between 10/11 and 10/15/2011. They contacted my person on the other end of my bike and arranged to pick it up on the 12th. I was them amazed at the ability to track my bike across the country from Vancouver WA to my home in San Antonio, TX. My estimated deliver dates were given to me as 10/20 – 10/25/2011. Tuesday night (10/18) at 6 pm I got a call from the truck driver asking me if I was ok with them bringing the bike a day early. Of course I was and I had my bike in my driveway at 8:30 am October 19th, a day early!!

Long story but felt it was warranted. Great service, if I ever need to move my chopper again I will use JC without question!! Nicely done!!!!

Just wanted to let you know I just received my bike about 20 minutes ago. I was very impressed with the level of service and professionalism. Although I went into the move with some skepticism I was pleasently surprised when it was over. I will have no reservation about recommending JCMOTORS to any of my buddies about moving a bike, and you will be the first person I contact if I need my bike moved again. Hopefully I can move it from here with the engine running.

Best damn shipping quote system on the web! Bar none! Thanks for making it so simple and fast, I will definitely use you. I have shipped several cars and the quote system is archaic in terms of the web…way to keep out in front.

After buying a Honda on eBay and researching multiple motorcycle shippers, I discovered on Better Business Bureau and ripoffs and complaint online sites, at least one (not you) had 36 complaints in as many months. And they were an eBay recommended shipper! I called three shippers and two could only tell me they will pick up the bike in West Virginia within a month and deliver it to Wyoming in about a month.

However, JC Motors gave me definite time frames for pickup and delivery that suited me. I called and Don was very informative answering questions and did not rush me off the phone- like another company did.

Another feature I liked was that JC Motors is a West Coast outfit, my motorcycle was on the East Coast and I figured they would probably deliver custom bikes from California(mine is strictly factory, just slightly used) and need to pick up a load after dropping one off. Apparently the theory worked because I got the bike in only six days after pickup.

It arrived in perfect condition and drivers Chris and Robert were very careful in handling the cycle, directing me on how to lean and sit on it while they unbuckled the stout tie downs. I also like that each bike has its own pallet so nothing bumps into it. And JC also charged a very reasonable price for excellent service.

I am glad I chose JC Motors- not one single problem. Use ’em, I did.

I first spoke to Mike first, who was helpful and patient in explaining your service and pricing. JC MOTORS was one of 10 companies I found on-line. One by one, I called and most were quite helpful but 2 were scary. JC MOTORS was toward to lower-end on the quotes, some were twice as much, others were $200-$300 more but on un-covered trucks. Finally, when I called back to use your service, Don, your help was exceptional. You were easy to get a hold of and very clear about all the costs involved and your follow-up was very reassuring. The free cover was a real bonus too!

I recently purchased a motorcycle in Austin, TX, to be shipped to my home in western NC. After surfing the Internet and checking out a number of companies claiming to specialize in motorcycle transportation, I chose JC Motors. Your customer feedback was positive and plentiful, and the rates were the second least expensive (the least expensive company didn’t have any feedback at all!). And, JC even supplied a cover to protect the bike from dust and dirt in transit.
My seller was a hard guy to pin down, and communications were dicey. Still, your representatives — Michael Lada in particular — stuck with the effort and even called me to let me know when you had finally been able to contect the seller and schedule the pick up. Then, to further put my mind at ease, he called me when the bike was on the van — a huge relief to me! Subsequently, through JC’s tracking system, I was able to track the bike as it moved from Texas to North Carolina. When the bike arrived at your distribution point, your representative — Carol — called to confirm a delivery date and advise me that they would be able to deliver the motorcycle to my home. I picked up the bike on Saturday and it was perfect. It showed up a few days early and I could not wait for delivery on Monday. The guys at Specialized Transportation here in Dallas were extremely helpful and super nice, They really seemed to care that my bike was taken care of.

I was a little hesitant to buy a bike out of state because the last company I used dropped my bike and refused to repair it.

Wow, what phenomenal service! I recently purchased a motorcycle from Nevada and made arrangements with another shipping company for transport. After more than a month and several phone calls the bike had still not been picked up. You can imagine the frustration. I contacted your company and worked with Don who got things moving, pronto. I want to give you some feedback. From start to finish JC Motors was the BEST. I could think of no way to improve your service. Your prices were very fair, with no bullsh_t mark-ups for fuel, distance, remote location, etc. The flat rate quotes on your website is what you charged. And your rate was 1/2 to 1/4 of other quotes I received. You as my rep were great. You were very professional on the phone, and knew all the details. You gave me a great feel for your company, and a huge amount of confidence in shipping my ATV with JC Motors. Any emails I sent you was answered right away, a perfect job on your part. You driver who picked up the ATV in Florida was right on time and worked very well will the guy I bought the ATV from. He had great things to say about the whole experience on his end. My ATV arrived right on time, which of course is greatly appreciated. It made it on time for riding this weekend. There is something to be said for that. We are in a remote part of Northern California (we say, “Behind the Redwood Curtain”), so off the beaten path of the normal truck routes. The dispatcher for STI gave me a good heads-up as to the delivery, and knew right were his driver was. The delivery drivers were very nice and a pleasure to talk with.

So, on a scale of 1 to 10, my review is that you guys rate a 12 in my book!

I just received my motorcycle and to say the very least I am impressed! I was moving from Southern Ca. to northern Vermont and being late in the summer I was concerned about the time it would take to get my bike shipped as the riding season ends early in Vermont. Well, my bike was picked up in Ca. on the 15th of August ( a day late because of a break down) and I figured that I wouldn’t see it until the very end of August if I were lucky.(you know how everyone promises a quick delivery but no one will ever commit to it). To my surprise on Saturday the 19th I got a call from Joe and he told me that I would have my machine the very next day!! Good to his word he showed up at 10:00 am and unloaded my bike with great care!! This is the best service ever!!! I was told 10 business days and it arrived in 5 days total. You guys are the greatest. I will be happy to recommend your company to anyone! Keep up the great work! When I need to ship next I will be a repeat customer!

Don, I was so leery about shipping my 04 H-D Heritage Softail Classic from Virginia Beach to Northern Wisconsin, since it was a military retirement present to myself, as well as the first vehicle I ever purchased brand new, but JC Motors and STI motorcycle shipping came through so great i’d do it again in a heartbeat if I couldn’t ride it!! You did your best to calm my concerns and even though they were still there when the bike was put on the truck and during transit the next time I ship with JC Motors they will not be. This was my first time shipping a motorcycle but JC Motors has gained me exclusively and you can bet I’m passing the word to all I know who own bikes as well as people I run across! I am so very pleased, and it only took a week to get to me here in remote northern WI, which is more than I can say for my household goods but that’s another story. Just wanted to write a short note thanking JC Motors for the trouble free shipping of our 2003 Ultra Classic from Porterfield, Wi. To Redding, CA. The bike was picked up on the 4th day after making arrangements and was delivered 1 day earlier than the last ETA date. It arrived unmarked and in perfect condition. Just wanted to let you know this was a very satisfying experience, as I had a really bad experience with another transportation company about 2 yrs. Ago when trying to transport a car from No. Carolina. I lost $200 on that whole deal, and had to fly back to No. Carolina to pick up the car my self because I wouldn’t trust any transportation company. There is a class action suit against the company for fraud now. To say the least I was a little gun shy, but Don assured me that everything would be fine and it was. Thank you for making me believe in people and services again. I would and will recommend your company to anybody that needs motor cycle transportation.
