Not sure where to log testimonials but here's one from me. I just received my bike and am totally satisfied with JC Motors. It arrived just as I requested, without any incident and without any problems. That's the only way to transport. Re: Contract WJ4158. Just a quick note to thank you for the professional transport of my VTX from Florida to Buffalo. The shipment was right on time and the phone call the day before delivery helped to keep everything on schedule as I had to rent a trailer to bring the bike back into Canada. The bike was in the same condition as when it left and your system of palletization and tie downs was right on. The two drivers were kind enough to assist me in getting the bike up the ramps onto the trailer, and helping to balance it while I tied it down. Thanks again for great job. Hi Everyone,

I just want to say what a wonderful stress free experience it was having my purchased motorcycle shipped from California to me in Massachusetts. You picked it up when you said and delivery could not have been better. I had a friend of mine in Cali available to hand the bike over to you. Obviously he was at work and needed to have a heads up before they arrived. Well that worked out fantastic. Everyone was very accommodating in the timing of the transfer. It all went as smooth as silk.
The bike arrived exactly 7 days after it left Cali. Amazing!!
Delivery was just as easy. I received a call the day before to set up delivery and the truck arrived as planned. The driver and helper were great. The bike arrived in the same condition it left Cali in. I couldn't be happier with the price and the prompt service. Also I would like to thank Harry who set this all up for me. As you might remember, we talked about the sale and it was a bit of a nail biter. I had a small sigh of relief when I got a call from the Harley dealer in Tulsa that the bike was on one of your trucks, a bigger sigh of relief when I finally got to actually see it in the depot in Everett (well ahead of schedule), and an even bigger one when I received export clearance at the border and imported the bike home to Canada without so much as a wrinkle.

I picked up the bike on Saturday and it was perfect. It showed up a few days early and I could not wait for delivery on Monday. The guys at Specialized Transportation here in Dallas were extremely helpful and super nice, They really seemed to care that my bike was taken care of.

in Missoula, MT. Very fast shipping, bike was picked up in L.R. Arkansas,

thursday morning and deliveried to warehouse in Missoula, MT. by wedesday
morning of the following week. Six Days before I got there to pick it up.

Wow, what phenomenal service! I recently purchased a motorcycle from Nevada and made arrangements with another shipping company for transport. After more than a month and several phone calls the bike had still not been picked up. You can imagine the frustration. I contacted your company and worked with Don who got things moving, pronto. The bike was picked up and in route in what seemed like overnight. I was able to track the truck each day through the internet, kind of like waiting for Santa. It was great. Bryan, My Polaris Predator arrived at 8:40 this morning, YEA !

I want to give you some feedback. From start to finish JC Motors was the BEST. I could think of no way to improve your service. Your prices were very fair, with no bullsh_t mark-ups for fuel, distance, remote location, etc. The flat rate quotes on your website is what you charged. And your rate was 1/2 to 1/4 of other quotes I received. You as my rep were great. You were very professional on the phone, and knew all the details. You gave me a great feel for your company, and a huge amount of confidence in shipping my ATV with JC Motors. Any emails I sent you was answered right away, a perfect job on your part. You driver who picked up the ATV in Florida was right on time and worked very well will the guy I bought the ATV from. He had great things to say about the whole experience on his end. My ATV arrived right on time, which of course is greatly appreciated. It made it on time for riding this weekend. There is something to be said for that. We are in a remote part of Northern California (we say, "Behind the Redwood Curtain"), so off the beaten path of the normal truck routes. The dispatcher for STI gave me a good heads-up as to the delivery, and knew right were his driver was. The delivery drivers were very nice and a pleasure to talk with.

So, on a scale of 1 to 10, my review is that you guys rate a 12 in my book!

I am still on holidays in the Detroit area until the 25th when I return out west to pick up my motorcycle. Dick advises everything looks fine with my bike. I am very impressed with your service from the moment I spoke with you to your immediate action in getting my bike picked up within five days then the 2000 miles journey from Dallas to Oroville. I was able to track the movement of my motorcycle which is quite an impressive system of yours. I don't know if this is a GPS system attached to my bike or a bar code but it sure works and a nice feature for the customer. I am sure you have heard this before from many satisfied customers. I will be completing a complimentary feedback on your web page and will continue to use your service and make sure I tell others. Like most services from the Internet, I had no idea who to turn too and no references regarding motorcycle shipping when I took a chance with your firm and I lucked out with a fantastic shipping company. I just received my motorcycle and to say the very least I am impressed! I was moving from Southern Ca. to northern Vermont and being late in the summer I was concerned about the time it would take to get my bike shipped as the riding season ends early in Vermont. Well, my bike was picked up in Ca. on the 15th of August ( a day late because of a break down) and I figured that I wouldn’t see it until the very end of August if I were lucky.(you know how everyone promises a quick delivery but no one will ever commit to it). To my surprise on Saturday the 19th I got a call from Joe and he told me that I would have my machine the very next day!! Good to his word he showed up at 10:00 am and unloaded my bike with great care!! This is the best service ever!!! I was told 10 business days and it arrived in 5 days total. You guys are the greatest. I will be happy to recommend your company to anyone! Keep up the great work! When I need to ship next I will be a repeat customer!

Your company picked up our bikes up from our house in Pennsylvania and had them delivered to a Harley Davidson shop in Phoenix AZ. When you picked up our bikes there wasn't a scratch on them. Don, I was so leery about shipping my 04 H-D Heritage Softail Classic from Virginia Beach to Northern Wisconsin, since it was a military retirement present to myself, as well as the first vehicle I ever purchased brand new, but JC Motors and STI came through so great i'd do it again in a heartbeat if I couldn't ride it!! You did your best to calm my concerns and even though they were still there when the bike was put on the truck and during transit the next time I ship with JC Motors they will not be. This was my first time shipping a motorcycle but JC Motors has gained me exclusively and you can bet I'm passing the word to all I know who own bikes as well as people I run across! I am so very pleased, and it only took a week to get to me here in remote northern WI, which is more than I can say for my household goods but that's another story. If only JC Motors would get involved in the household goods shipping business I would only have to remember 1 number for all my moving needs!! Excellent job and a great rate! The short of it, bike picked up on time, delivered on time, got to keep the cool freebies. It was a PAINLESS (other than waiting, I'm impatient) process. JCMotors with NAVL got the job done, right, on time and I've recommended them every chance I've had. Thanks for getting my precious new (to me) 1999 Cagiva Gran Canyon too me free of damage and making the pickup and delivery so that the seller just had to drain some gas and be around to sign for the pickup! Just wanted to write a short note thanking JC Motors for the trouble free shipping of our 2003 Ultra Classic from Porterfield, Wi. To Redding, CA. The bike was picked up on the 4th day after making arrangements and was delivered 1 day earlier than the last ETA date. It arrived unmarked and in perfect condition. Just wanted to let you know this was a very satisfying experience, as I had a really bad experience with another transportation company about 2 yrs. Ago when trying to transport a car from No. Carolina. I lost $200 on that whole deal, and had to fly back to No. Carolina to pick up the car my self because I wouldn't trust any transportation company. There is a class action suit against the company for fraud now. To say the least I was a little gun shy, but Don assured me that everything would be fine and it was. Thank you for making me believe in people and services again. I would and will recommend your company to anybody that needs motor cycle transportation.

Yamaha V-Max) arrived in great shape with NO damage. I looked for a rub or scratch to be present as it traveled over 1,200 miles in the back of a truck but as advertised you took good care of it. I just received my Harley from KY to IL. It is beautiful I wanted to let you know that the process of working with your company went very well. The woman who arranged the shipping was always courteous, had the information at hand and always was direct and honest. Even though I had issues with the seller on the transaction, she was able to rearrange the pick up without additional service charges or skipping a beat. And she did this while sick. Additionally the drivers were excellent and delivered on time, took all precautions with the bike and friendly. Your company should be commended for its employees and service.

In a sentence – This is the best vehicle shipping experience I have ever had. I placed my order online Nov. 1 and received a follow up call from Lynn in minutes. Pickup and deliver info was reviewed, I was given a tracking number and told the motorcycle would be picked up by 11/5 and delivered by 11/12. The bike WAS picked up 11/5 in Florida and WAS delivered to my house in Arizona on 11/12. I was able to track the shipment online, I knew where it was at all times – a GREAT feature. I have been involved in shipping numerous vehicles across the country and have always been left with the feeling of – I hope it gets there in time.
